Gibson, Tilton-Memorial and Dinwiddie Halls on Tulane’s uptown campus will be closed Wednesday, May 1. Classes scheduled in Gibson, Tilton-Memorial and Dinwiddie Halls should be conducted remotely. For more information, please visit https://news.tulane.edu/statements.

Gibson, Tilton-Memorial and Dinwiddie Halls will reopen for normal operations tomorrow, May 2. Cowen Circle will continue to be closed to traffic and parking.

While protestors have been cleared from campus, security remains heightened, and police will continue to be highly visible to ensure that our university community is safe. Please reach out to TUPD at 504-865-5911 with any concerns regarding trespassing, unauthorized protest or disruptive activity on our property. 

We will return fully to normal operations on our uptown campus as we enter finals week. We are also looking forward to welcoming families and friends to campus in just a few weeks to celebrate our graduates at commencement.
